Scattergood Weekend 2009 Schedule

We welcome you to campus to celebrate the wonderful connections Scattergood has helped form. Scattergood Weekend is a time to connect with friends, old and new; to witness a new body of Scattergood students forming connections that will last a lifetime; to create a time for parents to see the skills their kids have developed and to meet with their kids' teachers. Scattergood Weekend is also a time to see if the Alumni/Staff team can beat the students in Soccer and if the Student team can beat the Alumni/Staff team in Ultimate. Neither have happened in recent history! Below is the weekend's schedule:

The Scattergood community celebrates the achievement of our twelve Seniors, May
31, 2009. Each senior has informed us of their plans upon leaving Scattergood. Jonathan Cumbie-Drake is attending Fort Lewis College in Colorado this fall. Oscar Erwin will be attending Manchester College in Indiana, while Luke Faith-Rosley will be attending North Park University in Chicago. Rasheed Hammouda is interested in finding an internship or work with Americorps and Yesna Han is looking forward to attending Graceland University in Lamoni, IA. Laurie Helm will be attending a community college this fall at home and is planning to transfer to Cornell College the next year. Satin Kile has Kirkwood Community College in her future. Ben Lawson-Duck is going to a massage school. Meghan Maynard is attending Cornell College. Eli Santow is headed to Earlam College in Richmond IN this fall, while Anwar Yasin will be attending Hawkeye Community College in Waterloo IA. Jon David Stroud is busy taking courses to complete his Scattergood graduation requirements and attending Kirkwood Community College. They will all carry with them the best wishes of the Scattergood family of staff and fellow students as they make their way into new stages of their lives. Congratulations seniors!

 One graduation requirement is the completion of a 20-page research paper. Following is a listing of each Senior Paper:
