I came to Scattergood in 1993 after a long history with Quaker organizations and experience in some of the finest restaurants in Bar Harbor, Maine. When I cook for Scattergood I have to be careful not to make things as spicy as I would cook for myself. In the dorm, I rule with an iron hand—nothing ever gets by me.

I am part of a bisexual discussion and activist group in Iowa City. I also enjoy sports, socializing, playing games, and playing music.
