Community Life is the nourishing element that surrounds all activity at Scattergood. In a full-time residential community such as ours, there is a rich diversity of people, activities and opportunities. We place high value on the hours spent outside the classroom. Indeed, we offer a rich curriculum of life experiences including an impressive assortment of work crews, the chance to live in a dormitory with other teenagers, and the rare opportunity to be a member of a mixed community of students and adults who regularly meet to create together the details of daily life.
