Dave Reeve

Dave Reeve comes to Scattergood with a long history in education from teaching in an outdoor school in Cape Cod to 8^th grade math and science at New Roads School in Santa Monica.  Before joining the faculty at Scattergood, Day taught physical chemistry and middle school math in addition to various other courses at Princeton Day School in Princeton, NJ for 28 years and he spent 30 years as a counselor and division head. Dave even spent time as a coach, coaching soccer, basketball, cross country and golf over the years.  When not teaching, Dave enjoys backpacking, cooking, kayaking, canoeing, taking things apart and putting them together,  making sense of the world, golf, basketball and natural history. In the summer of 1997, Dave hiked the Appalachian Trail, Georgia to Maine.
