Application Forms

The first step in applying to Scattergood is to fill out all necessary application materials.  Application, Transcript Release and Teacher Recommendation Forms can be downloaded on this page or you can request copies by contacting the Admissions Office.  All completed forms and supplemental information should be returned to Admissions via email – admissions@scattergood.org, faxed – 319-643-7485, or mailed to:

The application deadline for the Fall Semester is April 1.  The application deadline for second semester is December 1.  If there are still spaces available after the spring application deadline, applications will be accepted based on spaces available in each class.

A non-refundable fee of $65 for domestic students and $150 for international students must be submitted with each application.  If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to call the admissions office at 319-643-7628.
