Projects

At Scattergood, we offer students as many opportunities for experiential learning as possible within each school day.  One of the best ways we provide students with hands-on learning is through our Projects Classes.   Each Quarter students enroll in one Project course meeting for two 90-minute sessions each week.  Projects are rooted in the fine and practical arts and provide students with many useful life-skills that embrace the full cycle of production from farming to food preservation, from raising sheep to knitting scarves, from digging clay to firing pottery.
